How soon after my symptoms start should I come for treatment?
As soon as possible, as early treatment and advice can lead to a better recovery.
Do I need to see my doctor before coming for treatment?
You can refer yourself for treatment without seeing a doctor. We welcome referrals from GP's and Consultants also.
Are you recognised by my Health Insurance company?
We are registered with the leading Health Insurance Companies. You need to contact your Insurance Company before starting treatment.
Is there parking?
Yes there is free parking at all three clinics.
How long is a treatment session?
Each session is 30-45 minutes. An initial assessment may take longer depending on your problem.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
The Physiotherapist will advise you on this at your initial assessment as it depends on your problem.
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing as you may be asked to remove some clothing depending on the condition to be treated.
What will the treatment involve?

Is there disability access?
Yes, at all three clinics.
How do I pay?
By cash please. We regret to inform that we currently do not have facilities to process credit/debit card payments and are working to provide this in future.
